Universiti Islam Malaysia (Islamic University of Malaysia) -- or UIM in short may be the first and only postgraduate-only university in Malaysia. The administration and academic offices are situated in Cyberjaya with its long term campus at the moment under advancement also in Cyberjaya. The first plan " Professionals in Comparison Finance" was approved by the MQA in 2014 and will be offered beginning January 2015.
The total range of employees in UIM at the moment 80 personnel divided into five divisions which can be President Workplace, Academic Department, Global Knowledge Centre, Fund Asset and Waqf Business office, Registry and Bursar.
DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXAMINE
The weaknesses of Top Administration of UIM to deliver the instruction for their employee and it trigger to the misunderstanding and did not meet the organization mission and vision.
The main problem of the top administration in UIM is mainly the failure to provide the information for their employee and it was lead to the miscommunication between all their employees and it was wrong defined and understands by the employees. The problem occurred as a result of lack of communication between top rated management plus the staff. This is due to the wrong interaction channel employed.
That is why we want to look into the problem that companies have to face and supply more aggressive direction setting, decision making and problem solving.
