The objectives of this research was to identify the specific terminology skill in which students in CFS, IIUM feel many anxious, the factors which are more probable to cause anxiety and the ways the students value to reduce panic. The data was collected using a questionnaire comprising nine inquiries distributed to 30 CFS, IIUM learners. The conclusions from the customer survey suggested that a majority of the students were sense most anxious while speaking in English language and were lacking in confidence to use English in their daily lives. The majority of the students also suggested that daily practice on the usage of English will reduce all their level of stresses in English. These conclusions provide ideas into the students' language anxiousness which can assist the English language language professors with better knowledge about their students.

British as are very mindful is the international communication dialect which takes on a great part in many significant aspects of a society. In Malaysia, English skills after Malay language, is not just used in terms of education system, yet is extensively used in inter-cultural communication and professions just like law, treatments, engineering and of course business. From this era of increasing globalization, Malaysia will have to confront with firmer and stiff competition from the other foreign countries. In accordance to that, Malaysian learners will have to get themselves ready for the upcoming situations especially those involving the usage of British.
Malaysian students have been improving proficiency in english continuously for at least 11 years starting from major school till secondary institution before registering themselves right into a third-level education. English is a huge compulsory subject matter for students in Malaysia through which they need to pass in all the main examinations in Malaysia including UPSR, PMR and SPM.
In higher education, English is utilized more expressively as entire main and core subject matter such as medical, law, algebra and organization use English language as the key language.
